We have been going for a long time but also because at least some areas that we cover are approximately A level standard. The class would be suitable for someone with a level of Spanish round about GCSE but practical experience perhaps in Spain or South America would also work. It is not a question of excluding anyone, but it would be very difficult for a beginner or near beginner to cope with the activities. These include a lot of listening- mostly to me - some speaking, reading and writing. We cover grammar in some detail and are at present working on the past tenses of verbs.
